TO INITIATE PROCEEDINGS
I hereby, on behalf of Mariusz Max Kolonko, whose power of attorney I am attaching, and his official instruction, I request that proceedings be initiated on his behalf in order to clarify whether the following crime has been committed:

    • exhaustive article z49 pkt. of k.k. i.e. obstructing the free exercise of the right to run as a candidate (passive electoral right) through the interference of “Meta Platforms Ireland Limited” and “Meta Enterprises LLC”, operating the social networking portal www.facebook.com, in the presidential elections in 2011 in Poland, consisting in unlawful partying and shadowbanning of the Facebook account of Mariusz Max Kolonko with the address https;/facebook.com/M,Max.Kolonko as a candidate for President during his election campaign and taking the same actions against other candidates, thereby acting to the detriment of the Polish State and Nation, exhausting the features of Art. 43 and 44 of the beach law in order to force the journalist Mariusz Max Kolonko to cease publishing his work materials and to hinder and suppress the press criticism expressed by Mariusz Max Kolonko on his Facebook page, by the persons managing the Polish branch of Facebook, namely Mr Jakub Turowski, Mr Agnieszka Kosik and Mr Alina Prawdzik, with the participation of members and activists of the Demagog Association (headquarters oo-68z Warsaw, ul. Stanisława Noakowskiego z6/z8) who contributed to taking a number of actions to the detriment of Mariusz Max Kolonko after the presidential elections in Zozo, by banning, shadowbanning his Facebook account on the basis of false and unfounded reports and trolling,
    • exhaustive features of Art. 212 § 2 k.k., consisting in the above-mentioned persons taking a number of actions to slander and defame Mariusz Max Kolonko (as well as other public figures) in order to humiliate him in public opinion and lose the trust necessary to perform the profession of a journalist, remove and shadowban his posts, and consequently completely delete his account on December 6, 2022.
